Booking PoliciesPolicies A £50.00 booking fee is required to book all treatments. Cancellations: Appointment Cancellations within 48 hours of any treatment, the £50.00 booking fee charge is non-refundable and non-transferable. Appointment Cancellations within 24 hours require full payment of the treatment. We will not reschedule any cancelled appointments within 24 hours of your appointment time. No-Shows: Failure to show up to an appointment without any prior notice/“No-Show” requires full payment of the treatment. We will not reschedule any No-Show appointments. Failure to show up to an appointment booked with a Gift Voucher will be voided and unusable for a future appointment. If the Gift Voucher is not the full price of the treatment, you will be charged the remaining amount. The customer is responsible for honouring the appointment at HEADSPA HQ, regardless of whether or not a reminder message is received. Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will not be able to accommodate your appointment and you will be charged the full amount for the treatment. Please make sure you are on time to your appointment, as later than 15 minutes means you will be going into the next client’s appointment.

What are your Gift Voucher Policies? Are Gift Vouchers refundable?Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Headspa HQ is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen. Gift Vouchers are not valid with any other offer and / or special at Headspa HQ. Gift Vouchers must be used by one person in one visit. If you or your loved ones have any allergies or potential treatment contraindications, please email headspahq@gmail.com with any queries before purchasing a Gift Voucher.

Can I get a Head Spa if I have extensions?Unfortunately, we cannot perform our Head Spa treatments on anyone with extensions, braids or locks, as we need full access to the scalp. However, a Head Spa is the perfect treatment for in-between extension fittings.

Can I bring other people with me to my appointment?Unfortunately not. We are a private Spa Studio only catering to one client at a time, so we ask that you politely come alone.

Can I get a Head Spa treatment if I am pregnant?We would love to offer our treatments during pregnancy but unfortunately, it is not recommended due to complications that may occur from long periods of time lying down during treatments.

What age do you have to be to get a Head Spa treatment?We only perform our Head Spa treatments on aged 18+ due to insurance purposes.

How often should I get a Head Spa treatment?We recommend to treat yourself to a Head Spa session monthly, since the skin renews itself every 28 days. Booking a monthly appointment helps maintain your scalp health.

Are Head Spa treatments suitable for people with scalp issues or sensitive skin?Our Head Spa treatments are crafted to be gentle and effective, catering to different skin types, including sensitive scalps.

Can I have a Head Spa treatment with short/no hair?Absolutely! The essence of a Head Spa is centred on providing relaxation and alleviating stress. Your session will be customised during the consultation to meet your specific needs. Opting for our Ultimate Relax Treatment is ideal for individuals with short or no hair.

Does my hair have to be clean before my appointment?It is up to the client on whether to have the treatment with clean or unwashed hair. However, it is recommended to arrive with 1-2 day old hair for analysis of your scalp under the microscope.

Is there parking outside?Yes, we have free parking available.

Do you dry the hair after a treatment?Yes, a quick Blow Dry (No Styling) is included.

Do you have a Waiting Area?Unfortunately, we do not have a Waiting Area as we are a small private Spa Studio. However, we have free parking onsite for anyone that needs to wait in a car.
